Uppada Sarees

The Uppada silk saree is named after a small beach town of Uppada in East Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh, India. These sarees are made from the age old Jamdani method. To weave an Uppada saree, 2 weavers work skillfully on a single loom and may take up to 2 months to complete an exquisite piece. We hope you will cherish this work of art !
