Our ikkat collection begins not on the loom, but with a pencil on paper.
Every motif is first mapped on graph sheets, then yarn bundles are tied, marked, dyed two–three times, dried under the sky—
and only then the weaving begins.
By this stage, 30–36 hours have passed,
and not a single thread has yet touched the loom.
That’s why no two Ikkats can ever be identical.
They are not printed — they are imagined before they are woven.
Look closely.
If the design is slightly blurred, it’s genuine.
If it looks perfect… it may not be handmade.
The Indian Motif Ikkat Collection
Handwoven. Calculated. Patient.
And proudly imperfect — just like all things made by hand.
